Kalisstar is built for ordinary, personal calling. This policy sets out how you agree to use it, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Use Kalisstar lawfully
You agree to use Kalisstar only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and telecommunications rules in the United States, Canada, and the countries you call, including Nigeria.
Honest calling only
You must not use Kalisstar to:
- impersonate another person, business, or authority;
- defraud, scam, deceive, or mislead the person you're calling;
- evade lawful identification, a block, or a do-not-call request; or
- cause harm, alarm, or wrongful gain of any kind.
Don't misuse the service
You must not use Kalisstar to:
- make harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful calls;
- place unsolicited bulk, automated, robocall, telemarketing, or spam calls;
- transmit or facilitate anything illegal, or arrange or promote illegal activity;
- resell, rent, or commercially redistribute Kalisstar calling without our written permission;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or our systems; or
- bypass or manipulate billing, or use the Service in a way that abuses our carrier partners' networks.
What happens if you break these rules
If we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of this policy, we may limit, suspend, or close it, withhold or reverse credit connected to the abuse, and — where appropriate or required — report the activity to our carrier partners or the authorities.
