Delete your Kalisstar account

For the Kalisstar app, operated by Lasahara LLC

You can delete your Kalisstar account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your information when you do.

Before you delete: any calling credit left in your wallet is forfeited when your account is deleted. If you have a balance, request a refund of your unused credit first by emailing support@kalisstar.com. You also can't delete your account while a call is in progress.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Kalisstar and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and review what will be deleted.
We'll text a one-time code to your mobile number. Enter it to confirm it's you.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.

Can't use the app?

Email support@kalisstar.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include the mobile number on your Kalisstar account. We'll verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your phone number and sign-in identity;
Your ability to sign in and place calls (your calling access is revoked); and
Your remaining wallet balance, which is forfeited.

What we keep, and why

Records of past top-ups, wallet transactions, and calls (date, duration, cost, and number dialed), no longer linked to your phone number. We keep these for as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are kept under Stripe's own retention rules.
Routine backups of our systems may contain your information for a limited time before they are overwritten.

If you sign up again later with the same number, you'll start with a new, empty account. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
